We know everyone is concerned about the COVID-19 outbreak and the impacts the virus may have on our daily lives. We take the health and safety of our customers, staff, and community very seriously. As such, the Palmetto Scent Studio team is taking precautions to ensure your safety, health and well-being. 

 

We’re closely following the Center for Disease Control, the Governor's office, and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control regarding the spread of the virus. Our goal is to continue to meet your needs and provide you the five-star customer service that we pride ourselves with while doing our part to keep you, all of our team members and our community safe.

 

We’re also very aware that the small steps we make today and in the coming weeks can have lasting impact and, hopefully, allow medical professionals to focus on the most vulnerable among us. To that end, here’s what we’re doing:

 

• In addition to deep cleaning, we’re being extra vigilant in maintaining a sanitary environment in the studio and ensuring our team members have what they need to stay healthy. We’re taking extra care to sanitize surfaces throughout the day, encouraging good handwashing practices, and paying special attention to customer touch-points such as the point of sale area, countertops and other hard surfaces, handles, as well as the products and items our guests use during their custom scent experience.

• We are advising staff members to stay home and consult their healthcare provider if they are feeling ill; urging that they be cautious about their surroundings and who they come into contact with; and recommending that they do all they can to keep themselves healthy with a good diet, sleep and exercise routine.

• As always, you can purchase our home fragrance products online - even custom-scented per your specifications! We also invite customers to give us a call or send us an email if they’re interested in one of our body care products or other items that may not be available through our online store. Products can be shipped or picked up, and we can even run it out to the curb if you’re in a hurry and can’t make it into the studio.

• At the time of this greeting, we are operating our normal hours. Should this change, we will post updates on our website, storefront and through our social media channels.

 

We know that this is an unnerving and uncertain time. Our team at the studio strives to be the best part of your day and provide you with a warm, welcoming and attentive experience.
