Candle Making & Gentle Yoga 2/16/19

Join us for an afternoon of candles, yoga and relaxation! It starts at Palmetto Scent Studio where you’ll pour your own custom-scented 9 oz soy candle. With over 120 fragrances, you’re sure to find several that you love. The Palmetto Scent Studio team will help you narrow your list to just a few scents that blend perfectly together, and can even make recommendations on popular combinations that include healing and relaxing scents. You’ll create a label, blend your oils, and pour your custom scent into your container of wax and stir.

While the candles cool, head next door to STUDIO 33 for Candlelit Gentle Yoga with founder/owner Liz Silva. Gentle Yoga is a fabulous class for those just starting out with this wonderful practice of mind, body and spirit or looking to deepen their practice in a more restorative way. Please come to relax, learn, feel and enjoy. Liz will move through poses in a slower rate in order to connect mind, body and breath. Surrounded by scents and candles hand poured by Palmetto Scent Studio, you’ll melt away into the calmest part of your day. All levels of practitioners are welcome. Mats are provided. There will be aromatherapy and natural essential oils used so please be aware of this before signing up.

After class, enjoy light refreshments and pick up your candles at Palmetto Scent Studio!
